believe it or not, Dubose is at Millsaps and has them ranked Number 1 in Div. III

Was Morris Watts even that bad? I was VERY young but it seems like our teams put up a lot of points but that our defense just gave up more.

Though so. It's tough to remember football from age 8 - 10, but i do ok.

Yeah, I remember a while back ago seeing some video clip of him being interviewed after the loss to Tulane in '82.

Hallman had his fifteen seconds of fame with Brett Farve. Some thought he made Brett Farve. Apparently, Farve made him. Anyway, Joe Dean was stupid enough to hire him.

Hallman, Dinardo. Why are you still writing about these major coaching misfires? Dark days in LSU football history, IMO.

Pretty pathetic. He brought good offensive numbers to LSU, believe it or not. I remember everyone saying how the couldn't blame him for leaving, because of the state breaks (Michigan) he would get.

Absolutely. There was a real argument as to whether LSU or MooState was the worst program in the West. Ole Miss reguarly whipped our asses. People wept when DiNardo brought us to that Indy Bowl
