I forget his name at the moment. But yall know who I'm talking about. Apparently he is the highest paid strength coach in the nation. Let's start there.

We have one of the best already. The head coach tells the strength coach what type of players he wants "lean and fast/ bulked up etc etc". It's not Moffit's fault for having a O-line that gets pushed around.

I haven't looked at NFL combine numbers but I don't think Bama players put up anything significantly more than us.
The problem with Bama hasn't been a big talent disparity. It's been our self-imposed refusal to match our strengths vs their weaknesses.

His name is Scott Cochran and he is from Metairie. He graduated from LSU and is a Moffitt trained strength coach.

You realize that Moffitt is one of the best strength coaches in the nation and that Cochran is a disciple of him?

You mean the guy who learned everything he knows from Moffit?

We don't need any of Bama coaches. I'm not for the strength coach or the OC. LSU has to develop it's on way not grabbing coaches from Bama. We have to set our on Bar. Moffitt is a great strength coach. Stop posting about wanting anything from Bama you guys kill me with that! It's like we can't develop anything from within at LSU! Gueax Tigers

Everything? Nah. The guy has been around a while as the strength coach at the nation's best program. I'm sure he has his own way of doing things.

Are you familiar with coach Moffett
Posted on 11/27/16 at 4:42 pm to Street Hawk
So we are gonna take bamas of and strength coach... interesting
Posted on 11/27/16 at 4:52 pm to crewdepoo
Can we just take their head coach?
Posted on 11/27/16 at 5:06 pm to Street Hawk
Genetics Baw, you can't take a 3 star offensive tackle and weight train him into a 5 star. Bama has recruited better across both lines.

Scott Cochran is a god damn tool and has way too much bama in him at this point
