Ive tried resaving the file multiple times and it keeps cutting off half of the pic once I upload it

There's a rotate button on the left side of the page on the site once you upload your photo and choose the size. That'll fix your issue.

Is there any way that I can get an email with higher quality pic? I accidentally placed order then noticed it was poor quality. They put my order on hold for 3 days giving me time to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!!

I got an 18X24, photo quality printed today at Renaissance Imaging in Baton Rouge and it looks incredible. They pulled the image off of the internet to avoid any copyright issues and they also put a one inch wide border around it for framing purposes. $37.
