Well considering he and Mills had the same surgery and Mills is back 100%, im pretty positive that Rasco wont miss any playing time and is pretty much 100% and ready to go.
Also take into account that he plays DE and not DB. They probably just want to take it easy with the shoulder and not risk anything. Plus, Rasco is 1 of the few players that doesnt need to prove anything to the coaches and the team. And its not like he isnt practicing. Hes out there. Just taking a precaution and holding him out of contact.
I mean Blue just had his green jersey pulled and cleared for contact, and he could of possibly played at the end of the season last year. He had the green jersey on all spring. You take precautions with your top players.

Yea its conjecture, but considering nobody has said Rasco is in jeoprady of missing any PT, and hes practicing and everything, its pretty safe to say he will be out there starting game 1. Not worried at all.
Rasco even said that he will be in a green jersey all camp and its just a precaution. Hes 100% recovered and fine.

as much as we all want it to....most of that doesn't mean much until we fire off on tcu. let's all just hope that we can get through the rest of camp without losing anymore kids. it's got to be brutal hot at practice cause it's an oven here in tex-arse. makes me wonder how kids like Pocic and Bowers are acclimating.

This is what I'm most excited about with regard to the scrimmage - no reported injuries.
As long as the coaches are happy with the execution, then I'm happy, too.

So who's gonna be the guy that Les pumps up during camp, predicts will make an impact and then isn't seen all year?
