Were they allowed to touch him? Honest question.

"The offense gained 500 total yards, but the defense only allowed 250. Great showing from both."

"Great showing" I assume was both no.1's going against the 2's. It'll be interesting to know who performed well in the no2's.

So the first team defense gave up 250 yards to the second team offense? honest question.

That would be a safe assumption.

so that doesn't seem that great to me ... if they give up that type of yardage to the 2nd team offense in the first scrimmage of the year, what will texas am's and Alabama's first team offenses do to us?

fire everyone

that might say more about Anthony Jennings and Kenny Hilliard than it does about the D 1's.

Les will meet with media shortly, but not sure hes ever given true stats for any of these scrimmages. he either makes them up or just guestimates.

The actual numbers arent goung to be whats telling, its the players attached to those numbers. you can atleast get a feel on who played more, which frosh will we see come tcu. Does welter or louis have mike locked up ect...

Who knows. These scrimmage stats are always skewed and you can't really take much from them

Remember in 2003 when mauck threw 5 INT's?
