And has anybody watched this USU team?? Very lackluster the two games of theirs I watched (SDSU and CSU). I'll be shocked if they give LSU problems. They'll run into a couple of scores and get a few yards, but I do not expect this one to be close.

Yep. If you watched them last year and this year, they aren't the same. They lost A TON of receivers and receiving threats. They lost their top 6 pass catchers and only one player returned with more than 10 catches (the backup RB). If our DBs find their hands, we should be able to pick off 1-2 passes.

I agree ! Finebaum is an idiot. I have never understood how this guy made it as high as he has or why people even give him the time of day. It’s obvious he’s a troll. I can’t watch him more than a few minutes and I have to switch the channel.

He ragged on bama when they were down. He’s an opportunistic shite stirrer. I listened to his show for an entire season once to see if he ever once discussed the actual game instead of creating drama and can’t cite one example of him discussing an actual football game.

Maybe he’s just trying to stir up interest in the game. Most people, other than LSU fans, are looking at this as just another big team playing one of their cupcakes and not interested. Think about it, you didn’t tune into Oklahoma vs. South Dakota did you?

It is about ratings and he has made a living of creating controversy between Alabama / Auburn (no that hard) with some GA thrown in. The other SEC items are icing on the cake.

Finebum knows the LSU fanbase well. He knows that by provoking us, he sets his show up for the next week with incredible call in material. He’s real good at getting people to call and express emotion so that his show is more interesting.

Paul has explained before why he hates LSU. First he is a Tenn grade, second he is a sellout Bama fan, one of his first jobs was in Shreveport covering LSU. This was way before I-49 so it took forever to get to Baton Rouge to cover games and second LSU's press box then was tiny. He hated having to cover LSU and still hates on us today. frick Paul F.

What makes him so bad is that he's 20+ years into his career as a radio host, and still has to play games to get people to call into his show. He's a hack. When you've been doing it that long and still have to troll a fanbase, that says more about him sucking at his job than anything else.
