Coker is pretty good

He has a big arm and was very accurate as a high school player.

He has not played nearly enough college ball for us to know how he'll be at Bama. On paper, yes he's good.

With that said, Bama is loaded at the skill position. All they need is someone to get it to those boys.

One of the things I enjoy most about CFB outside of its monopoly status is how utterly impossible it is to predict what will happen once the season starts...

Bama went undefeated with Greg McElroy and I'd argue that they are more talented now as a team than they were then.

So, the team I saw in the Sugar Bowl less several starters is better?

If Jordan Jefferson could take a team to a NC then I doubt Bama has much to worry about

It's crazy how much has changed so quickly. I can't believe we haven't beaten them since November of 2011.

As a team? No, they are not. They have a ton of inexperience at corner for starters.. and they are finally having to break in a new quarterback after four years..

Also realize all of LSU's QB's have 1 start combined

May not mean much, but that's probably still more playing time than Coker.

If anyone has proven they can win regardless of QB play it is LSU.. Just imagine if they do hit early on with a successful quarterback with some talent.. Look out..

Remember in 09 and 11 when unproven guys were taking over at the QB spot? Things seemed to work out ok for them.

Had us at home both years... and still had to split those two games, too.

They comin here this year

The scouting services and college recruiters seemed to think otherwise LINK
