If Florida is seeing fog roll in while playing LSU, they should really just forfeit.

An underrated one is 2014 - LSU vs UF, tied in the Championship game at 0-0. Sean McMullen blasts a 2-out 2-strike HR in 8th to win the Championship.

Jared Foster TYFYS

I couldn't find a video of his 2013 throw against Vandy, but here's an equally impressive highlight for JF.

2009 SEC Championship was pretty special. Had standout performances by seldom used relief pitchers Daniel Bradshaw & Ryan Byrd. On the way to CWS championship.

The 1992 tournament was in the Dome in NOLA. That was a fun tournament to watch as a kid. You could basically sit wherever you wanted with a tournament pass. They need to rotate the tournament around to different venues again.

2014 SEC Championship against Florida was a great game, capped off by a Sean McMullen HR in the top of the 8th.

I was trying to find clips of that game, and came across a full replay. Two batters before McMullen hit the HR, Bregman got on with a base hit, but was picked off. Somehow nobody in the booth, our dugout, or anywhere on the field noticed that it was just an obvious balk Should go right to it, but it's at 1:47:26. If you watch Fraley's entire at bat, they throw over at bregman like 10 times and balk on half of them. His front knee lifts nearly every single time before the back foot moves.

you're not wrong, but calling '09 an "appearance" is kinda short changing that team a little.

2019, LSU beat Auburn 4-3 in a wild, walk-off victory after a series of errors. Auburn catcher Matt Scheffler inadvertently kicked the ball away while looking for it after a wild pitch, which allowed Giovanni DiGiacomo and Drew Bianco to score the tying and winning runs

2014 SEC Championship

This one for me, I went on a guy's fishing trip and came back and my very pregnant wife got us tickets.

Todd's nuke is up there.

Same year but for some reason I always think of Ibarra taking one off the dome to Bregman when I think of the SEC tournament

I agree that it is technically a balk. However, I rememeber being taught this little move back in high-school. Works so well if you can get away with it.

I've noticed a good amount of pitchers doing it. If you're good at it, it's really difficult to detect in the moment.

Ben Alsup making his first SEC start against Ole Miss in 2010. Held them to 1 hit in a complete game shut out (8-0) to send LSU to the championship game

Don't really get fully invested until regional time so I really don't have all that many but the Todd Peterson thing is a hard memory to beat.

Damn, watching that really makes you appreciate the new pitch clock rules. The two at bats with Fraley and McMullen took about 15 minutes. Jesus

Going with my dad and oldest son a couple of years ago. Hoping the old man is healthy enough to go back next year.

This is the play that I really associate with the beginning of the post-skip era of LSU baseball. Big, strong, HR hitter who was recognizable and made big plays.

I know it had been a few years, but this is the moment to me that reestablished LSU as a power.

That era lasted until 2017. Then you had the small ball Paul era which was a miserable baseball watching experience.
