Fans and Recruits...We are LSU !

We are LSU and we make no apologies for that. We are a damn strong football program and an exceptional University.
When you come to school here you will get an chance to play for a National Championship and you will get a great education that you can take anywhere in the world and build a career.
This year we beat some of the finest football programs in the nation like Oregon and West Virgina on the road and we beat Bama in their house.
Yes we did lose to Bama in the BCS game, but lets consider the following :
Did OU and Stoops play in the BCS game - NO
Did Andrew Luck play in the BCS game -No
What about Texas and Michigan who have had some great recruiting classes the last few years - The answer is still No.
Oklahoma State, Oregon, Arkansas, Michigan State, USC and others all sat at home while we played in the BCS game.
If you are a fan - We lost, get over it..We would have all taken a 13-1 season and the Number 2 ranking before the season began.
If you are a Recruit - There are no guarantees in sports, but you will have the oppotunity to get great coaching, You be able to train in some of the best facilities that College Football can offer and you will play in one of the greatest stadiums in that nation with fans that will adore you.
The Bonus - If you apply yourself, You will get a degree that will benefit you forever.

There's a reason most people who are born here, stay here. If they do have to leave, the move heaven and earth to get home.
