Alleva rejected the original SEZ expansion plans and sent the architects back to the drawing board because he didn't want to do road work.
The new tennis center had a very different design and was supposed to go off campus. Alleva had it redesigned to fit on campus.
Nearly if not everything built during his tenure as AD has his stamp on it. And that's been a good thing.

If that were true no school would bother with having AD's.
Bottom line is every facility on campus has been improved by Joe Alleva. No facility moreso than Tiger Stadium.
