Now that Wade’s been reinstated, they should be summarily dismissed for gross negligence. They have irreparably damaged the collegiate careers of each player on the team. They have irreparably damaged the coaching career of Will Wade. They have sullied the reputation of LSU.

All based on unsubstantiated media reports that actual follow up journalism revealed to be inaccurate. They should be dismissed. Period.

If you are a donor to LSU, you should continue to withhold support while FKA & Alleva are still employed.

Seriously, what was the point of all of this? Could this not have been handled after the season? Could the lawyers not have met behind the scenes and worked this out?

We suspended our coach based on a Yahoo outrage article, damaged the LSU brand on a national scale, and limited what this team was capable of in the post season.

The suspension did far more damage than good.

Gfunk you hit the nail on the head! The only thing you left off is they also took away a possible run at a National Championship for these players, coaches and school.

If you are an employee and you refuse to talk with your boss, you get suspended or fired. If wade had talked 5 weeks ago, he likely coaches in the tournament. Apparently they were satisfied with what he said Friday. Why couldn’t that have happened weeks ago?

Don't you need to go refill the pot of coffee for Mrs. Segar before her early lunch today?

True. To fire Les Miles and keep Will Wade is insane.

Yep, but it’s more fun to hate “the man,” so the fantasy continues.

Or the boss couldve internally thought to himself...." this is a yahoo article and in no way shouldve the basis of my decision making and i also shouldn't change the parameters of a meeting at the last second." But that's asking too much from our incompetent clowns

Wade’s refusal to speak indicates that it’s more than a Yahoo! article. Enjoy your fantasy though.

I'm glad he's back and enjoy the Will Wade era, but to pin this solely on the administration, no matter how poorly it was handled, is laughable. He got suspended when he refused to meet and it lasted almost 40 days. All he had to do was come in and talk, and see what happened? He's back

You're an idiot and so are those who think like you. If you're employed try telling your boss you aren't going to meet with him and explain your actions on a matter, i imagine you'd be fired asap. Wade acted immaturely, and think he was worried there was enough evidence to have him fired. An innocent man runs to the boss to tell his side of a situation, if he's truly innocent. King and Alleva protecting LSU was the right call only an idiot wouldn't agree. IMO Wade let the team and university down.
