the first 5 seconds shows dude on the ground right beside vehicle with the door wide open.. thts is where the dragging out of the vehilce thing prob came from.

I know that video can skew your perception of somebody but the dude that kicked Drew doesn't look close to 6'5". The girl is only a couple inches shorter unless she is about 6' herself.

The bird noise is something the D line does to each other. It is like a call. All you have to do is walk around school and you will hear them do it.

First off, 1210 sucks balls for not releasing the full video in the first place. They obviously had the full video all along as Condon played the full audio on the air right after they posted the shortened version.
That said, here is what I see/hear:
In the first five seconds, it sounds like someone says "Back off, you fricking [n-word]". Like much on the tape, it's too garbled to tell what he really said. It happens as the camera shows someone in a truck (likely the Z-71 one of the "victims" was driving) is stopped and the truck door opens.
At the 22 second mark you can clearly see the sign for Shady's bar proving this is indeed the parking lot of Shady's.
At the 46 second mark you hear someone say "Man that's fricking Andrew Lowery"
At the 1 minute mark, the kicking begins. Someone is yelling "Hey Jarvo" (again, impossible to tell for certain what was said). Some people hear Jordan. More I listen to it the more I think it's Jarvo or Jarvis.

A fight happened at Shady's. Somebody got kicked. Andrew Lowery was there.
That's about all you can say for absolute certain based on that video. But combined with witness testimony, the video could help a little.
The video is mostly leverage to get people to be more truthful. But there's not enough there to force everyone to be completely honest.

so fricking hard to make anything out in that video. My cell phone shoots 720p HD and it's over a year old, why the frick is nobody with a decent cell phone there?

The more I watch, the more to me it looks like Jefferson. At around the 36 second mark it appears to be Jefferson walking across the screen in a black shirt, same as the guy kicking...that's obviously just an opinion.
And the guy is yelling, "Hey Jeff! Jeff! 5 0! Jeff!"

I'll post this before I read any further.
Although I cant see anymore than the last time, I do hear something different. At the time just before the guy gets kicked I hear someone say "Michael" sounds like My-Co.
Other than that sounds like a truck door opening at one point.
There were plenty of people around. The fact that more havent come forward leads me to believe there was fault on both sides.

precisely why the cops need to just say look frick it, everyone catches the simple battery charge. its a misdemeanor, pay the fine, done. LSU gets their guys suspended for a game. Over and done with.

Pretty much all they would need is the person who shot the video to say, "This is the video I shot that night."
