Seems pretty clear that the punter is wearing all black. If they examine the bar footage and narrow it down to who had that matching outfit..ie JJ...would that be enough to convict?

I think the audio of the video may help some in the least to help figure out the truth. You can kind of get an idea of the order of things happening with that video if you listen to it over and over and use the little bit of video that can confirm that.
ETA: But agreed admissable in court is probably not likely....

I know that video can skew your perception of somebody but the dude that kicked Drew doesn't look close to 6'5". The girl is only a couple inches shorter unless she is about 6' herself.

If you listen to the very last part of the video after the 3 "Who want it..." hollers, you can hear one of them say "put a cap in your arse if I Fckn wanted". Find that interesting...

Damn the girl follows the dude being dragged and kicked him again. So she landed at least 2 kicks.
