bullshite and leave the knighting to his family and attorney.
The people that went with the narrative, which is almost a year old now, did so because Lacy's lawyer and attorney allowed that narrative to run rampant the entire time. Also did law enforcement who certainly have a huge black eye here. Why just now is the truth coming out? Why 9-10 months later? We all go with initial narratives all the time and , as in this case, the narrative is generally wrong or missing pieces, ie the Charlie Kirk case.
It's the way of society now. You can't trust your neighbor, the media or even the police or government. Who are we supposed to believe? Are we supposed to have no opinion for 9-10 months because the authorities lied? Here in the great US of A, we have this thing called free speech and expression of ideas. No where in the constitution does it say our speech or ideas had to be correct, particularly when the correct information isn't available due to the embarrassment and negligence of the police. To that end what responsibility does the family/lawyer hold for allowing the narrative to be spun so long? Surely they arent just getting the video. They've got a plan for retribution, you can bet on it. There are no innocent still alive. The original victim died and the subsequent one, Lacy, did as well.

quote:Yea I’ve been here long enough to know that the apologies will never happen and even the ones that apologize are full of shite and will do the exact same when the next opportunity presents itself.
They won’t. They’ll always find some excuse for being shitty human beings.
Such is Td.

No apology here. All I said was his selfishness was displayed on the field and the team suffered for it. Truth hurts. You don't have my receipt, sir.

Here are some questions in that respect.....and I reserved comment at the time.
1. How were the authorities able to determine who was driving the green Charger? Was this evidence obtained via a witness or from tape?
2. If this was obtained from tape, would not the tape at the time have shown the distance between the accident and the time Lacy passed?
What did witnesses on the scene say?
3. Would not the video evidence at that moment have been exculpatory, thus making any inquiry to Lacy's culpability moot?
4. How long was the Sherrif's office or LSP in possession of the video? When did they obtain the video?
5. Did the DA provide his attorney with the exculpatory evidence as soon as he determined that Lacy was not even remotely involved?
6. If not, why was there a hold up? Why did he hold up?
7. Why was the DA so obsessed about bringing Lacy in front of a Grand Jury?
8. Could not the DA tell the LSP that the evidence obtained does not support any more interest in Lacy because the video evidence does not support the route of the investigation?
