Nothing but don’t act like the offense was the cause of the defensive struggles.

This was a total team loss and as mediocre as the offense was, the defense was historically bad.

Pretty obvious he wasn’t good.. but it’s game one. Drops and Oline whiffs didn’t help him early. Throwing a freshman qb into that yday doesn’t solve anything necessarily. Work out the kinks on the line, Game plan better offensively bec play calling was terrible imo and see if Myles settles down and proves himself. Ya think these freshman are ready? Maybe and it’s a big maybe Max bec of who has coached him up since he was a little kid. Look we’ve seen freshman qbs step n and outplay upperclassmen before at major programs but it’s still not too common. Most of the time tru freshman mean lots of growing pains. Max and or TJ need time more than likely. But Max could be that rare talent that is advanced beyond his years. His dad is Brad Johnson. Let’s see how Myles responds. No reason to rush the future. It can sometimes go the wrong way.
