I’m certain there was more to the conversation. Probably something along the lines of not being able to win it with one swing, so don’t swing at balls. You know, reminding his freshman to play team ball.

If that’s what it was it’s over-coaching.
However, it had nothing to do with Crews watching a 3-2 fastball right over the middle of the plate. There is ZERO rational explanation for that.

Yeah, usually the best players on the team feel the responsibility to be the hero. Bro I don’t even think the visit was completely necessary, I just don’t think it is detrimental. And obviously you know I don’t think that it’s on the coach.
