He clearly wasn't beating out either qb.

Plus transfers are out there every year now. My gosh, 8 think Spencer Sanders, 4 year guy at okie state is still looking for a spot.

When Nuss starts next season as QB1 this will all make more sense.

Those that transfer have succeeded because they were developed elsewhere

Scott was able to develop elsewhere. The Walter Payton Award is anything but Vague. We don't have a history of developing QBs. We wait for others to do it, then have them transfer in.
