Ensminger canNOT out scheme Sabama.

The reports insinuating Ensminger being promoted to O.C. have the entire fan base in a panic and rightfully so. He has not been successful coordinating offenses. He was fired two different times as O.C. period.

Hopefully he’s not the OC

Is he the new OC?

I pray NOT, but the rumor is out there.

Ensminger won’t be OC next season, he will be for the bowl game but not next season... O and Aleva know their jobs are on the line with this hire, they have to get it perfect! That’s why I believe Ensminger won’t be OC next season, I truly believe O will hire a top flight OC/QB coach

Although Ensminger did a very good job when he took over after Cam was fired, his game plan against Bama was a complete dud. There was zero creativity even with Etling not playing a good game.

Under this administration that makes him a prime candidate.

Absolutely right

So then it's just that, rumor. The meltdown on this board like he's already the OC is ridiculous.
Wait and see who the actual OC will be, just a suggestion. Maybe it'll be someone you might be surprised and happy with.

But Canada isn’t gone yet. Who says he won't call the plays in the bowl game?
Despite all the rabble-rousing, Ensminger made last year’s anemic offense work better than Cam, so I think he deserves a lot more credit than he’s getting from the rantards on here.
That being said, I’d estimate that there’s a 1% chance he becomes the OC. Not only has he said that he has zero interest in being the OC, but I think he wants to retire from LSU, and the surest way to do that would be to stay as a position coach (OC’s a much less secure position—they’re far more likely to be fired than a position coach).
I have zero insider information, but I predict that our next OC is not already on staff.
