This is a complete joke on here. I am 42 years old and I went to LSU from 88-93 for a Communications degree. I have been a fan since I was 5.

The game of college football has changed so much through the years, you need to take the time to appreciate the things that matter most.

When it comes to LSU. The TEAM is who I pull for. Mett has just finished playing in his 6th College Football Game 6th. Leave the kid alone.

Believe in our coaching staff. You guys on here act like we just lost 9 games in a row the way things are said.

Last year going undefeated was a special special year. Everyone here that follows SEC football and has followed it understands how tough it is.

Simply put - We were going to lose a game this year. PERIOD. We are young with a QB that has zero experience, we have suffered injuries that have hurt this team more than you know.

Our O-Line is not that good. Our WR cannot seperate themselves. We really really really miss RR and TM7. Say what you want, but WE DO.

SO I plead as a a TRUE LSU FAN, start being a fan. The team will thrive on it. Have confidence in your team and show it with your comments or cheering. That is all.

Most fans here don't know what it's like to sit through some bad bad teams during that 80's to 90's stretch..I do as you do real fans are certainly in the minority here....and we'll just have to deal with it and support our Team..

No problem, I went to LSU from 1979-1983. Seen some great teams and not so good ones. I will alwyas support LSU. However, I will speak up if something is wrong. Thats my responsibility. There is something wrong with the offense and it needs to be addressed. Its been an issue for years so its not just a matter of injuries. I fully support CLM but the problem needs to be addressed. I would not be a good fan if I put my head in the sand and pumped sunshine. So I pledge my support but also voice my concern.

Well said! I don't think people see football as entertainment anymore.
I mean, who whines, complains and wants to be depressed after a win, let alone a loss. I've seen that happen here.

I agree whole heartedly. I think the fans who show up Saturday should be ready to let the players know how much they are behind them. Make Death Valley loud as possible (ala Florida 2007). The talent is still there but sometimes a little emotion is all you need!!

Nobody disagrees with this.. the problem is the stuborness of Lesmiles.
Developing players doesnt seem to be his strength nor does in game adjustments... he's done well bc most of the time we play from ahead, not behind.

Im telling you, if we see the same thing on offense this week as the the previous 3-4 and we lose again... its gonna get ugly around BR/La/LSU.

You are delusional. I know we cannot win every game. However, the game planning and play calling on offense is terrible. I see no shot of beating USC or Bama. A real chance we lose to TAMU as well. Although we are not stacked with offensive talent, neither is FLA and they scored two touchdowns on a much better defense. When you don't have great talent, you need to make that up with schemes and play calling. Running into a 9 man box is not play calling, its a recipe for a loss.

If Miles doesn't get a new OC at the end of the year, he should be fired for being an idiot.

underdogs at home for the first time in a while, night game in tiger stadium, I for one am pumped up. We do have our problems on offense, but we still have to support our team. Anyone that has made the trips to Auburn and Florida should be able to tell you that the home crowd has a played the role of a 12th man in both games and thats what we need at home this week. We need Death Valley to be rocking saturday night, so leave the negativity on this board and get ready for another top 10 matchup this week!

I agree with Tiger MemRee.

We have had 4 years of subpar offensive performance.
Having 2 offensive lineman run your offense is not working. Injuries have hurt us this year but that is not the problem.

Even Bama has learned to pass the ball.

I support this message ! Thanks for posting what I feel too! I'll never forget the Ga game where our Fans willed our team to win when we were down! I believe we can do it again!
Mett will end his career in a positive way at LSU too! Our roles are not backseat coaches and analyst. We are fans and we have too believe. Save the criticisms for after the season.
