I was impressed with Kelly’s press conference today and enjoyed the halftime speech at the basketball game. I like how he ended the speech with a Go Tigers. But I was wondering if we have anyone on our payroll with enough time on their hands to teach him to pronounce Tigahs?

Our coach can speak English now. He doesn’t need to say “Geaux Tigahs” at the end of every sentence.

I’m glad you guys chimed in because I thought maybe I’d been saying it wrong all these years.

This thread got me examining how I say it. I just now realized I don't say "tigers." I say "tigahs."

There's a riverboat pilot with some time on his hands.

He's a New Englander, and a lot of people don't think he'll fit in here. On the contrary I'll bet when you get him on a boat this side of him will come out:

Now tell me Louisiana can't get behind that guy.
