I don't know where you can find that specific item but you may want to try Bengals and Bandits; they have a good selection of traditional type emblems/icons etc on their gear. good luck!!!

I have one in purple. they are called nike elite therma hoodies. the tiger head might not be available anymore. They come and go closest ive found to it thats still available besides youth. LINK
