The whole post was sarcasm. You brought up how the previous regime couldn't do something in 12 years which led to me making a sarcastic post.

Guess sarcasm is too hard for you to understand.

LSU signed 5 DL in that class.

Who would you have cut in order to sign more DL? Saahdiq Charles, Ed Ingram, Kary Vincent, Grant Delpit, Jacob Phillips?

We signed 3

1 was I elligable and 1 RS.

Either o didn’t think we had DL depth problems, didn’t see them, or failed to do anything to correct them in that class.

Why are you naming the best players in that class? Did everyone in that class start games?

Did we or did we not need DLs last year? So how can you say we shouldn’t have tried to get some.

I'd advise that you doing this in this way does a disservice to actually making people support O. Just fyi, you are doing more harm than good in escalating O's reputation.

Thats a fact. The more Ree propaganda i see, the more i dislike O. I probably couldve been on the O bandwagon by now.

It probably wouldn't have been a good look for those guys to stay committed through Les' firing, an interim coach, and not knowing who the HC was going to be if he had let some of them go at the last moment.

This past class he signed 7 Dlinemen including 5 DT's.

While he was interim coach he did not allow official visits to LSU while he was the interim. He wanted the new head coach to be able to choose who he wanted to bring in and not waste LSU's official visits when there was going to be a new head coach.

So, O made decisions which impacted LSU recruiting in 2016. In 2017 he made all the decisions which led LSU to have one of the lowest rated recruiting classes in over ten years.

Beginning in 2015 he was the DL coach. Are you saying the DL coach here since 2015 who is supposed be a top recruiter has no responsibility over DL recruiting and DL depth in 2017?

This is why you catch the shite you do. We all know the HC closes the deals, but position coaches, interim coaches, and RCs ALL have responsibilities in the process. Your acting as if O's hands are clean in this depth issue only makes you look foolish.

Of course not. But Miles was just as responsible for assembling that #7 class as o was. You make it sound like there wasn't a single fricking guy committed to sign with LSU before o was hired full time.

Because Miles had some crappy over rated classes his last couple of years. Go look at this classes and see how many have not because they cannot play. Especially on the lines.

When the cupboard is bare, you have to go shopping for groceries where ever you can. Can't wait on 2-3 years worth of recruiting to compete now.

I'm saying the Dline coach does not choose how many Dlinemen the team signs? Do you think the RB coach doesn't think the team needs to sign more RB's, etc. The head coach decides who and how many of each position is signed not the Dline coach.

Yes, and like stated earlier he decided to keep all the guys that stayed committed through the HC firing, interim coach and not knowing who the LSU HC would be when it was all said and done. He could have been an Ahole and let some of them go, but he didn't.

the absolute horror of finishing 15th out of 130 teams when only signing 22 players.

I thought I was pointing out that the LB's, D and O lines have much more quality and depth since he has been the coach. Do you disagree? Which position do you think is worse off today than it was in November of 2016?

You may have read it like that. What I stated happened, it is all recorded on the LSU, 24/7 and other websites. Go check it out.

Because the roster was very badly depleted before he got here. Do you live under a rock. We had a QB pipeline only because O created it In the face of pathetic offensive scheme and QB development under Miles. O had to rebuild the defense front 7 on the fly as well because Miles, Chavis and Brick Haley let the talent and depth decline. Again do,you live under a rock.
