Closest and easiest answer is Tommy White.

As a Sophomore Crews hit .349, slugged .691, and had 11 doubles, 22 hr's, and 72 RBI in 62 games.

As a Sophomore White is hitting .368, slugging .757, and has 14 doubles, 15 hr's, and 71 RBI in 39 games.

What happens if he makes a jump similar to what Crews did in his second year under Jay Johnson?

I don't think we will ever see another player like Crews. He is a generational player. But I really hope Konnor Griffin makes it to campus.

Frey is on a team with much better competition than Crews was. Not to take anything away from Crews but he was a great player on a team with fewer players to challenge him!

Well Tommy White is leading the country in RBIs and he plays next year

Jared Jones has more HRs than Crews and could hit 30 next year

But Dylan Crews may be the best baseball player to come through lsu ever.

You're basically asking who's the next Joe Burrow? The truthful answer is it's probably going to be a decade or more before we see a Dylan crews level player again

this guy gets it...
