His pitch recognition is what stuck out to me. You typically see even highly ranked kids out of high school come in and struggle to recognize the breaking ball early in their freshman season (see Jake Slaughter). I haven't seen him get fooled yet. He's so comfortable at the plate and has an excellent approach.
