I still do not understand starters transferring. Especially when you've hired the staff we have. If this is NIL then it truly sucks.

Part of what they are trying to instill here is routine. Part of a routine is being where and doing what you said you were going to do (or were told to). Guys like McGlothern (not limited to him) who buck the routine for whatever reason they've created in their heads not only hurts the team, but they are cutting their own throats developmentally wise.
