The tweet references an article which references another web site that says Dupree "is set" to enter the draft. I don't think that means Dupree himself has given any indication that he will leave.
The same site talks about another player who "is set" but is "rethinking his options".
The web site says that

Several people have told me Adams will be joined by teammate Malachi Dupree as the receiver is also set to enter the draft. Entering the season I stamped Dupree as a first round prospect but his play was slightly disappointing this year.

He made room for Smith to slide on in. Go get him Canada...

He won't even get drafted. He's not ready yet. Needs another year...maybe two

Will he even be drafted? He's still skinny as a rail, drops passes regularly, and has shown no indication that he is the least bit willing to compete for the ball

Not really surprised, but I think he will have a tough go of it.

He got bad advice but I think he is who he is no reason to come back. Will prob barely get drafted and never get second contract.......good luck softie

I'm going out on a limb and say he goes 4th round. He is one that could benefit from staying another year and building his numbers.

Was there not a spot open at SMU!

This will not hurt LSU. He seemed disinterested in playing football. This may be a understatement too. With the emergence of Chark and the youngsters coming along his playing time may have decreased.

The source of this isn't even from Chi. I don't think his decision is final. And when it is. He'll be the one to announce it. Just my opinion

Point is Dupre needed to come back to school to increase his odds so that they work in his favor instead of against him. Anyways, best of luck to him.
But what if three guys beat him out next spring and summer. To automatically assume he'd be ahead of Chark, Davis and Anderson is naive.

Major fail to play for minimum wage when you can come back and potentially get a $20 million contract.
Wha in the world has he done in 3 years to make you think he could come back and get anywhere near a $20 million deal. At this point, he is who he is--which is not nearly as good as we thought he'd be. And that's fine. Good luck to him.

I wish him well, and he did play a bit better the last half of the season. It is Dupre's decision to make to turn pro at this time.
Wide receiver is one of the deepest, most talent laden positions at LSU. Players like Dee Anderson, Drake Davis and Stephen Sullivan will now have even more opportunities.

He is fully capable of having much more productive NFL career than college.
I could imagine someone out there gave him a very favorable grade. I wish the man well.
