LSU could survive without Waters. Duke, not so much! That should tell you and this is no knock on Waters but a reflection on how much Duke needs Williamson to survive.

This is a bit disingenuous. None of the teams Duke lost to are a bad as A&M. And they did go, on the road, to beat Syracuse without him.
LSU's performance w/o Waters vs. Tenn. was great. But it's a lot different beating a weak A&M team at home vs. coming up just short against a likely top 5 seed in Va. Tech on the ROAD.
Point being, NEITHER team wants their star out for too long and NEITHER team would have a great shot of winning the whole thing without them.

LSU got a bit sloppy at the end, careless with the ball and trying some dunk shots they would not likely have tried in close game. Had they stayed really focused they would have won by significantly more the 11. I wasn’t thrilled by those last few minutes, but the game was in hand. To say they struggled to put them away is a bit misleading.

All they do is jack up threes and they suck at it. Without Zion, they really aren’t that good of a team. Very talented and athletic, but they need Zion to beat good teams and have very little chance against really good teams.

We arent UNC bro. People are talking like we are some juggernaut that will stomp anyone. We barely beat two teams ahead of us. Be ready for disappointment in the tournament. Prepare yourself now so it doesn't destroy you later.

Thats true to a point but incorrect to a point also. When you are used to playing with a set lineup, losing your best piece hurts. You get lost. They were lost when Trey Jones went down and ended up losing to Syracuse. Cohesion means a lot. You spend all of your time practicing, getting to know one another. Of course we have a better shot against Duke if they don't have Zion, but its not going to be an assured win if they dont have Zion. It will just take them a few more games.
If they do have Zion? Better hope we are on the other side of the bracket.

It's pretty obvious that LSU has more depth. DUKE is very talented and Zion is a rare athlete but this may be the deepest LSU team ever. There really is not an obvious weakness on this team.
History has proven that a talented point guard gets you far in the tournament. I see LSU as a legit Final Four contenter!
