need about 20- 6 man armed patrols with german shepherd drug dogs and regular attack dogs.

Friend of mine in college got arrested at an away game. He was brought to a holding room on campus, ticketed, given a 1 year trespass, and released to family post-game.
Seems like a reasonable solution here. Eliminate the issue, ban them from campus, and keeps them from clogging up the Parish Jail.
