I know people are saying innocent until proven guilty and that's true, but the "I might kill you" text is extremely easy to prove and might have already been shown to police. If so, he's done and deserves to be done.

Someone from within the program went to the police Thursday. Have they known about it all along? Who knows. I doubt it, but either way it appears the program has covered it's arse by reporting it.

They would probably be able to tell where her phone was pinging from if she took his phone and sent it herself. That would likely solve that issue.
