Down 4 on 2 two run HR's. I think Paul has a gut feeling to leave him in

When they are down 5 or 6. You think that's a good time to pull him

Is it his fault LSU doesn’t have any runs?

Hellmars (spelling?) has shown to be the best pitcher outside of the weekend starters. I don’t understand why he didn’t get the start today

Well, considering he got out of a jam with a runner on third and less than two outs, I'd say it was a good gut feeling.

I'm sure he will get his opportunity today for a few innings. I know Hellmers has been the most consistent, as far as throwing strikes, but he doesn't have the stuff that Money, Edwards, Flloyd have. Good hitting teams are going to get their share of hits off of Helmers. Have a better chance with any of the others (IF they are on) to shut someone down.

Nope. He doesn’t recruit pitchers. Nor does he set the pitching rotations.

Unclear why Money even was given the nod over Hellmers. Paul just continues to shoot himself in the foot

No it’s not. Did you not see how money pitched against Vandy? That’s why he got the start.

He probably didn't, but let's not pretend that if Hellmers starts and gives up a few runs that he isn't starting this same thread crying because Money didn't start. With all the posters that have the ability to be able to tell the future, I wish a few of them would offer those services to the coaching staff.
