when the announcers talk about the high character of an LSU player drafted in the first round, and in the same breath talk about the poor character issues of the ones drafted from Bama and Florida.
Yet another compliment to Miles, who unlike HC's at the schools above, has players that are a reflection of his own high character.

Dorsey's character seems over and above to me.

Now Bowe and Jackson both had some issues here so I don't know of how high a character those two are. Someone who knows them better might could speak to that.

I guess their issues here could be blamed on them being Nick's recruits and it took Les a few years to straighten them out.

I'm sure that's the way we'll spin it.

Jackson two bone-head penalties in the Kentucky game in 2007 and the Arkansas game last year that played a significant part in us losing and some might say both were examples of a lack of character. Most here probably would rationalize that...I can understand.

Bowe it has been substantiated was the person who started the post-game melee with Miami after the Peach Bowl in 2005 by taunting some players and stealing a ball from them.

He was held out of the first quarter of our first game the next year against Bo Diddley Tech as punishment for that.

What'd Tyson do? All I can remember are the Alem/ Tremaine Johnson penalties.

That was his good friend from high school and they were messing around. The Miami players mistook it for something more.

But far from a character issue.
