The discussion needs to be had.

I really think it is a damn good possibility, with the brotherhood these guys obviously have, that they all say frick it and come back.

Agree?

No, we’re likely losing Waters/KBW/Reid. Enjoy this run while we have it

Williams is a senior, Reid will go to the draft. Tremont is 50/50. Everyone else back.

Really hard to say. Tremont threatened to go pro last year. Everyone says Naz is a first round pick based on potential. I would think those are the only two LSU could lose. I do hope they expierience the excitement and fun of a good season and come back. I hope they aren’t skipping classes and basically dropping out right now.

We're 100% losing KBW and Reid. And I'd say 80% chance we lose Waters too.

We lose KBW. I honestly think we return everyone else.

Everyone thinks Reid is for sure gone and Waters possibly too. I don’t get that.

ESPN has Reid as the 46th ranked prospect. Waters in the 70s. And while that doesn’t mean for certain that Reid won’t be a first rounder, it shows he certainly isn’t close to the lock everyone says he is for it. Waters probably won’t get drafted.

Basketball isn’t like football. Going in the second round is not good. Reid is a freshman, and has a lot of areas he needs to improve on before the next level - defense, defensive rebounding, being strong with the ball, cutting out dumb/bad fouls. He can improve on some of that and turn himself into a surefire first round, possible lottery player.

I think they both come back

Smart showed today he will be ready to step up and star with a season under his belt and full time role if waters leaves Reid (if he goes) and kbw are going to be difficult to replace though

Toughest guy to replace to be honest.

For some reason posters around here love to say Reid is a lock without any rational reasoning to bring it up. A freshman with lottery pick raw talent projected in the 2nd round usually returns to school. (And most mock drafts have Reid in the 2nd.)

KBW is a huge loss. Our MVP this year.
