Here in lies the problem, Jerry thinks he's a good GM but 30 years of mediocrity shows he isn't. There are 2 important positions that an NFL team can spend all the money they want and it doesn't count against the salary cap, Head Coach and GM and Jerry goes cheap on both, nevermind the fact that the Cowboys are the most valuable sports franchise in the world, not the U.S., not the Northern Hemisphere or even all of North and South America, the entire WORLD and that moron can't humble himself enough to see that after 30 years he can't put a good enough roster together to win more than 5 playoff games during that 30 year span. There's not a single NFL team who would hire him to be their GM but still he thinks he's good enough, it's just pitiful. He's the modern day Al Davis.
