Does Ponamsky get any credit for the Burrow addition?

I know we pound this guy (me included) but did he have any impact on getting Joe B here? If so we need to give credit where it is due. Anyone have inside info to verify if he had a significant role?

Judging by the way Tiger Ree was totally melting down last night, I would say DP had nothing to do with getting Burrow.

When someone goes from being the clueless 30k a year turd on the right to being a key figure in the coach replacement process and a highly compensated and integral member of the administration of your favorite football program in about a year’s time, there’s going to be a bit of pushback

Neither Ponamsky nor Orgeron deserve any credit for this. Burrow looked around the traditionally strong programs and found the one team where QB development was so weak that he could immediately come in a start.
