Only an idiot would judge a fan base based off of some random posters on a sports forum, secondly, if you are an LSU fan then you are calling yourself a horrible fan.

I would say we definitely don’t have the brightest fans.

Many of the posters are angry men and women, downright stupid fricks, and fair weather fans - many of whom found ways to flame on our 15-0 perfect team and perfect season.

No. It’s about the same quality of every other fanbase. It contains every human element in normal proportions including sage posters, like me, and nattering nabobs of negativism, like you.

Worst spelling fan base as well.

Don't judge all LSU fans by what you read on internet message boards. Most are good people and good fans.

However, just about every school has what I call Wal-Mart fans. They buy their LSU t-shirts and caps at Wal-Mart but couldn't find Baton Rouge on a map.

That having been said, fan is short for fanatic. As fans were are fanatics when it comes to LSU. We want to be first in everything and rightly so. Demand excellence and complain when we don't get it.

Welp the old awful fan base kept buying tickets and showing up for couple of decades during which you guys were all staying home.
