Normally I say hell no, because of our style of play and Les's classy mentality. I don't know why, but I have a strong feeling we do.

No. LSU wins but doesn't cover. It's too much to expect that the team get mentally and emotionally up after the last month. Better to have the down game this weekend than next.

Oregon and West Virginia say hi.

I agree that they won't cover though

I think we would have BUT, the ugly two headed monster will hurt consistancy and keep us from making the spread.

I'd say yes. I think our second team will put up alot of points. I wouldn't be money on it though.

You don't think with JJ coming back it will create a little "buzz"...also, do you think Kentucky will come in knowing they will lose and run the ball to keep the score from getting ugly?

No - enough to win unless UK just lays down - which I don't see happening.

I don't know if they will but I would love to embarrass them and get the taste of 2007 out of my mouth.

WV and Oregon threw the ball, which allowed LSU easy chances for points. If Kentucky runs to keep it closer, it could be a different story.

This drives me crazy. People say this on an almost weekly basis - what evidence has there ever been for a Les Miles coached LSU team that leads to this conclusion?

Every week CLM has them ready to play that game, not looking ahead. Saban's teams are more known to overlook opponents than Miles' are...

I mean Kentucky looks terrible, but do they have enough athletes to at least tackle and cover like a division 1 team, or is this going to be more like the Northwestern game?

They couldn't cover or tackle anybody against Florida. Their offense is consistently going three and out as well.

I took a bet at -31. Probably should have at least bought a point.Kentucky has not scored a point in their last two trips to BR and LSU will surely score over thirty. I just don't envision this Kentucky team scoring more than once.

I think Les likes Joker Philips so I expect a conservative gameplan with the seconds...

now if they cant tackle, well that is on them...
