Buddy of mine said listing to the Radio last night, former players, were calling in and giving analysis and were saying there is some dissension between Mallory and Peveto, and that Peveto basically has said privately, Mallory is in over his head calling the schemes..

Pretty much everyone watching LSU, is telling Les, you better get the right guy real fast!

the Big time recruits we are after have NFL on their minds, they want to play for an NFL caliber type coach..to help develop them.

The D has been LSU's signature.. That needs to get righted quickly!

They were saying (former players) hire the guy before Jan 1,silently, leak it out, so the recruits can see who they will be coached by...

This can effect recruiting big time

LSU is a top tier program, we don't have time to raise up Coordinators.

The Pelini disciples thing is not working out

Why would LEs be compelled to demote/fire his friends, and admit a mistake when half the fan base is convinced this is all "normal" and "acceptible", and that it's only "inexperience" (very wrong assumption) causing this play? Hell, why would he?

Nope won't happen! I promise it won't, in fact it may go to one guy before Bama...

Les is more of a cut throat guy than people think

We will get an NFL type DC in here for next year...Who I don't know, that is for Les to worry about, he gets 4 mill to worry about these things

Definitely agree. I think Miles is loyal to a fault. That's my biggest problem with him. Not that that is a huge problem.

If the trend continues...there are 3.75M reasons why he will hire a new DC.

I think you may be right, but is there anything he has done in the past to prove this?

so you're saying that Miles is so flawed as a leader, that he is incapable of making a decision based on football reasons?

Unless the fan base stops buying into the acceptable and "it was expected" thing, Les will feel no pressure to make any moves beyond the two guys he has not. He might make one sole DC, but don't look for any exterior moves. For those who think making noise is bad, wake up. The whole admin needs to know what every talking head, reporter, football afficienado already knows. There has to be changes.
