Does ESPNU suck for anyone else in Baton Rouge?

It barely worked back during baseball season so I was a little worried.
I tried it out today and it's better, but the picture breaks up a little bit every once in a while. It's watchable but a little annoying.
And it's not my cable because every other channel is perfect.

My cox chan 785 does the same thing. Freezes up and no volume somtimes. It's the only channel that does this.
