If we’re being honest….Sage Ryan has underperformed his whole career. For a 5* recruit, he’s always been a liability.

Culture is going to be a problem with him going forward I think.
The truth is that everyone playing high level D1 football is talented and capable. Lesser schools than LSU can put some decent defenses on the field year in and year out. Our defense should never look as shite as it does right now. See #0 on the d-line as an example.

Harold Perkins rushed the passer a few times and just got caught up in the protection. He is not big enough to play end on every down, or Bama would just push him out the way with those 330 pound tackles.Kelly knows he has problems on defense, but they are the kind of problems that can’t be fixed during the season.
