He's actually from slidell.
What I've heard is that his dad or grandfather was involved with the football program under bear Bryant and the bear was fond of him so now their family has a permanent connection to the university and football program.

He used to go grab a tee or something. Haven't seen him; I think the networks might have intentionally quit higlighting him.

Between the clown that jumps up and down and plays Tommy Moffit, Lane Kiffin, and that kid, Saban's got himself a real side show on the sideline. Surprised he puts up with all that.
