Why do you want to frick around with your offense right now?
Obviously things are going great and I am sure Randle and OBJ are much happier with Lee at QB, but I just think what JJ bring will give us a better chance to beat Florida, Bama and possibly Arkansas.
JL should be the starter and remain the starter, I just don't see why it would be a big deal if JJ eventually works his way into getting behind center during critical moments.

From what you saw out of hi in 09 10 jj doesn't provide much , what did jl in those seasons besides thrown an interception just about every pass we are talking about this football season.
I believe Lee threw 1 int out of 89 attempts. Yep that is every other throw. THat is 1.1%. What was JJ's % last year.

Nope. Our offense is not broken, no need to try and fix it.

Does anyone want to see how Jefferson has improved with a new OC?
JL showed signs of improvement last season, whereas JJ looked like he had regressed.
Will JJ get enough meaningful snaps for us to find out?

So from the Bama game through the cotton bowl JJ got worse?

I get what you are saying, but why would we put JJ in at critical moments if JL is still playing well? That would be counter productive. If JL gets hurt or just needs rest, then yeah, get JJ some playing time. But he shouldn't be inserted just to get him some snaps with no regard to the flow of the game and how JL is playing. (NOTE: I don't think this will happen, but it seems to be what you are suggesting.)

You can make that case by selectively pulling out data if you like.
..and LSU always seems to play well in bowls under Miles, sans that shite-hole we played vs Penn St.

Yeah I have an agenda...
I Did not say you did... I said it "could" be..
do you really believe that some people on this board not have / try to "push" their agenda.?
that's why some may/may not see it as a legit question. ..you asked why

I guess I worded it wrong, I am saying there is no reason JJ should not be prepared to enter a game, if it is during a critical moment. In some situations he would be a better fit and should be able to come in if those moments arise.

I want to see, but not until he is back up to speed.
JJ looked awful the first half of 10, but improved alot towards season's end. If he kept that going, under krag/stud he could be a monster.
Lee is the guy right now. However, we will need JJ before the season's out.

Using the last few games a guy played in is not "selective use of data".

Miles is not going to put him in until he is damn sure he is ready which is why I think the coaching staff will be caution with the way they approach playing JJ. I also think they feel like they need him in upcoming games so it will be interesting to see how it all unfolds..

JL supporters will say Hell No
JJ supporters will say Hell Yes
Did I leave anyone out?

I thought that was funny as well. Its not like I said well JJ improved because he had rushed for the first TD in the Tennessee game then had a nice drive against State, etc etc..

Pretty sure that JJ's performance will be improved due in large part to our new coaches. I support him and wish him all the best. With that being said, I hope Lee continues to perform at his current level through SEC play, in which case there isn't much point in having any one else under center

What about the people who's first priority is to love/hate Miles?

Is this not a legit question? NO! Now go away and play in the street.
