Most national articles on him being at LSU in the future state he'd be the top name on most opens jobs.
So like usual, most on here have zero fricking clue.

If he wants to work, he'll have a lot of opportunities. Y'all are crazy to think no one would want him. His brand and recruiting ability are worth a lot of money to many schools. It's time to move on from him but he could turn around many struggling programs overnight if he is truly committed to working somewhere else.

Wait. You mean the Jimmy Carter who never met a dictator he didn't fall in love with??

I think it'd be amazing if he replaced his buddy Jeff Long on the playoff selection committee and served as the spokesman each week.

My brother-in-law is a Virginia Tech alum and diehard fan, and he has said numerous times that he would love to have Les Miles as their coach.
I don't think he will have another P5 coaching job, bc I think he will retire from coaching all together

Most schools would jump to get a guy with his record, so why wouldn't he?

If you don't think another power 5 team would take him you're crazy. This is contingent on him really wanting another gig

I think Colorado would be happy to have him. Plus, he was an assistant there when they won a national championship...

If Les wants to keep coaching there are tons of schools that would give him a shot, look at all the jobs open.
If Les retires for good it will be by his own choice.

Are you nuts? He recruits with the best of them
Also has a 80% win percentage in the sec
Sourh Carolina or mizzou would take him in a heartbeat
And let's be real if he got to face the guy that took his job at LSU he might even beat him

He's 62 years old. Will be making $2 million a yr till he's 70. Why in the world would Les want to go through the trouble of trying to turn another program around. Even he is not that dumb.
