Does anyone have an idea how long the wait is to get into TD village 1?

Due to kids changing the tailgating dynamic, looking at potentially joining the legion of RV/camper Tigers. I assume there is a waitlist, does anyone have an idea how long the wait is to get into TD village 1. Any additional info a first timer (have done a few away games, but never any in BR) should know is appreciated Thanks in advance.
