No! Lee Corso is GOAT!

The funniest skit (maybe the only one) I've ever seen on any sport show was that 'grass-eating skit' during the Les Miles era grass chewing days.

So Corso walks up to (believe it was Desmond Howard) with a boxed square of turf grass and a short vine of grass hanging from his mouth. They stare at each other for a moment and Corso says,"Fesque". That's all he said. I remember I genuinely lost it on that skit.

Please leave Lee Corso right where he's at........he's GOAT!

Not really. He has lived a great life. He hung out with famous actors and other celebrities. He has had opportunities that your average Joe doesn’t have. Imagine the ladies he could have been with because of his connections.
Lee lived a good life.

Les Miles would be the perfect replacement.lol

Both of our previous coaches could have slotted in perfectly as the lovable kooky college superfan that Corso occupies. And they both threw it away.

man, he had a stroke a few years ago and can now barely speak a coherent sentence.

I love Corso, but it’s cruel to keep him on the air, in his condition.

I’d be fine keeping him on the show, but with a reduced role, and pre-taped. He can’t handle the live stuff anymore.

The man has had a stroke. I feel sorry for him in the sense that ESPN feels the need to keep trotting him out on national television weekly and expects him to speak clearly on his own.

I had hopes that wet Pay McAfee was brought on, Coach Corso would retire. No such luck.

He needs to ride off into the sunset and enjoy retirement! He peaked in 2011 when he said “frick it” during the Saturday Selections portion of a show.
