Will Muschamp will not be the next coach at LSU. He loves Austin,who would'nt, plus he's lost 2 games in a roe 3 after next week {Neb}. Does'nt look like the next N. Saban to me. Just saying.

Don't believe a word you read from this site. Nothing is in the works. Anyone can be a TAF member. That means nothing. Ex players don't have any pull. Who cares what they want. Everyone has their pick for the next coach. Yet over the past 20 years we haven't gotten anyone in our top 5. Curley was probably the most popular hire of the past 4 at the time he was hired. LSU isn't a school where someone at the tip of the money tree snaps his fingers and shite happens.

Shouldn't LSU, arguably the top SEC program from 2000-2010, be in a position where we don't have to hire a coach with zero HC experience?
We aren't talking about replacing a guy coming off of 4 losing seasons or anything. If anything, LSU is 8-4 and we fire a coach who went 4-4 in conference.

i agree with this. i want a coach who has won as a previous head coach. I don't want to take a chance on an assistant coach. That is what Vandy and Mississippi State do.
