Very good post, sums it up perfectly. Let's move on and win a bowl game!

the refs had other plans

Oh, okay. So when someone takes a look at LSU's record, be it this year or a few years down the road, it will show that LSU lost the game. Kinda like the 2014 Music City Bowl when we lost to Notre Dame on a bad call when we scored on a fake field goal attempt right before half,

It seems to me that even though the refs blew that call, LSU was still declared the loser of that game. Even by some of our fans.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were one of those fans that claim LSU lost that game, fair and square.

Regardless LSU univsrsity itself should count their record as 10-2 for the 2018 regular season. And anyone who says 9-3* needs to include an asterick as LSU did in fact beat aTm on the field thay day.

So you have no problem in saying that LSU had a 9-4 record in 2014 and a 10-3 record in 2015?

With an asterisk of course.

Why does it matter? A bad call is a bad call, right?

Yes you are. Your entire OP is about how the refs wouldn't call the plays the same way if it was LSU. If you think the calls are shitty then don't try to push a narrative that LSU wouldn't get the same shitty calls because then you are very much implying there was a motive to the call.

It means until we handle our own business let's not worry about what the refs would or wouldn't do if it was Bama.
