I’m pretty mixed on him. I like his processes and a lot of his game plans, but his recruiting so far has sucked and I worry he lacks the fire he’s going to need to elevate our program to an elite level

I liked him all the way up to 8&4 game last year and I don't really like him since then

I like his salary right at 10 mill a year
I dislike that he makes just about 10mill a year more than me
