Truth. The game was embarrassing. Any time you throw up 3 points in 60 minutes, you shouldn't go beating your chest. It reminded me of the Bourbon Bowl Kneel three times and punt and you'll win the game.

I think people tend to overestimate the amount of talent we've had on the team recently. This is the year that we felt the effects of the transition between Miles and Saban... that 2005 recruiting class plus player transfers early in his season really hurt us this last year.

Why he came to LSU, yes. Why he stayed with Richt offered him top dollar, not so much. Chavis stayed because he wanted to coach here, whatever reason that was.

I probably agree with this. If we win only 8 games, it means that we lost to everyone who is worth a damn this year and went 7-5, 9-3, and 8-4 in adjacent years. That's just not good enough and NO ONE would put up with another year of that bull.

FWIW, I think we take more than one out of FL, ALA, UNC, and Ark
