whats the difference between dish and Direct as far as channels?

I looked at switching and there was no comparison. Not just sports but other channels.
I think NFL is exclusive to Direct, MLB not sure but I think you can get extra innings on both

DirecTV is far superior to dish in every aspect besides not having CST IMO FWIW GTFO
