I was at that game, and I agree. Worst half of football I've seen since the Curley Hallman era. And guess what? We still won the game by 25 fricking points... on their home field.

In all honesty, I would say the Superdome is more of a home field to LSU than it is to Tulane

Too sad. It amazes me how any slight against (insert title here) is complete heresy and is immediately stricken down as unconscionable and yet it has always been socially acceptable to ridicule Christianity; with Catholicism the exception.

No one bothers atheists and evolutionists. Why do you people have so much pent up ire that you have to ridicule my beliefs with your defacto Christian symbols. Does ridiculing someone else's beliefs make your little winkie all tingly?

You comu-nerds really need to get a life, before you die and turn to worm food and fertilizer.

Oh yeah, and Jesus loves you!

They didn't lose, but the first half was a life or death struggle with the pro-LSU crowd raining boo birds towards the quarterback.

Wow! That's some rhetoric there. Why so pissed little ancestor of slime creatures?

BTW, just to keep things factual, CHRISTIAN groups never persecuted anyone for anything. Say what you mean, but be factual, flipper dude.

Yes, you are, of course, correct. However, it is interesting that you didn't tell the scaly boys that they were on the wrong board posting dumb shite about how dumb asses can make purchases of material mocking Jesus.

Next decade tulane will be the one with two crystal balls and LSU will boast about how we scored seven points against the tulane juggernaut in a 39-7 loss.

Crusades?
Spanish Inquisition?
Witch burning?
Imprisonment of Galileo?
Bombing of abortion clinics?
Laws prohibiting even married couples from practicing contraception, oral sex, etc?

Are you insane?

Ancestor? So far as I know, I'm not an ancestor of any slimy creatures.

Many slimy creatures, however, are MY ancestors. And rodents, and apes, and people, and likely many more types of creatures are also among my ancestors.

Either that or I was magically and suddenly zapped into existence by His Noodliness.

Whichever makes more logical sense to you.

You question the bullshite-believing capacity of someone who thinks life began when a magical supernatural being zapped us, a bunch of plants and animals and a talking snake into existence, then one day covered the whole earth in water (from where?) in the form of rain (from WHERE?) to kill everyone except a guy who went traipsing around the planet collecting two of every animal and stuffing them into a boat that couldn't hold a tenth of that many animals, then magically made most of the water disappear (TO WHERE?!?!)?

I think your anger is clouding your, umm, (mind?)

Most of those acts were committed by particular religious sects. Christianity is a non-partisan and unaffiliated belief that - what was it - 'Mr. Noodlehead(?) zapped us all into existence.

And since you brought up the question of logic. Is it more logical to believe that all matter and life was spontaneously 'zapped' into existence via some cosmic accident where there was nothing but a vacuum and then .... suddenly .... BOOM!

Of course, you are probably right. Believing in an omniscient, omnipotent being is illogical. I admit that. The problem between you and I is that you cannot admit that your beliefs are equally illogical.

Right you are. That is just as far fetched as believing that all matter was created out of a vacuum when..... hmmm, tell me, what exactly exploded if there was no matter?

of course life started with a man not being "born" but just "appearing" out of thin air.

then a women appears (from the guys rib), then a talking snake comes and gives her a apple.

THAT'S where creation came from?
